A. Gary Bell Jr.

Mr. Bell is originally from New Mexico and has lived in Colorado since 1974. He received his B.B.A. Degree from the University of New Mexico in 1967 and he also received his M.B.A. Degree from the University of Oklahoma in 1972. He also received his “Juris Doctor with High Distinction” Degree from Oklahoma in 1974. Mr. Bell graduated 2nd in his law class. He has been practicing law in Colorado continuously since 1975.

Mr. Bell also served approximately five years in the United States Military during the Vietnam War Era. He was Honorably Discharged as a Captain, United States Air Force, and during his tenure as a Captain, he was offered a regular commission by the President of the United States in 1972. The Regular Commission would would have guaranteed him a 30 year career. Mr. Bell turned down the Regular Commission to commence law school and pursue a career in law. His last assignment was at Tinker Air Force Base in Oklahoma and he remained there to complete law school. Mr. Bell is a Member of the Colorado Bar Association, the Denver Bar Association, Arapahoe County Bar Association, Colorado Trial Lawyers Association and The Association of Trial Lawyers of America.

In the past, Mr. Bell has taught the law portion of the C.P.A. Review course for accountants to study in order to pass the legal portion of the Certified Public Accountant Examination. He has taught litigation to paralegals at Arapahoe Community College. He has served on the Board of Directors of Colorado Special Olympics, has been the organizer and Chairman of the Governors Cup Golf Tournament,a special event to benefit Colorado Special Olympics. He served on the Board of Directors of Colorado Special Olympics for five years and was Chairman of the Governors Cup Golf Tournament for four years. Mr. Bell has in the past served on the Board of Directors of the Colorado Trial Lawyers Association and currently hosts the one minute “Legal Corner”, which airs on KHOW’S (630 on the AM dial) Tom Martino’s show every Monday during the time frame of 12:00 to 1:00 P.M, wherein he covers a variety of topics applicable to consumers.

Since his admission to the Bar of the State of Colorado in 1975, Mr. Bell has emphasized representation of the consumer, including emphasis on Personal Injury, Car Crashes, Products Liability, Medical Malpractice, Workers’ Compensation and Social Security.

Mr. Bell is a Basketball Referee and Officiates High School Varsity Basketball.

Bradley P. Pollock, Esq.

Mr. Pollock , is originally from Englewood, Colorado, and attended Mullen High School in Denver. He is the father of five children and the grandfather of three. He is a high school basketball referee and has coached youth basketball teams (ages 15-18) for seven years. He has been a Boy Scout Master and for five years was active as an Eagle Scout Advisor helping and advising Eagle Scout Candidates with their Eagle Scout projects and completion of the requirements to become an Eagle Scout in the Boy Scouts of America. For the last twelve years, Mr. Pollock together with the Law Firm of Bell & Pollock, P.C. have been the major contributors of the charitable, non-profit organization of J.J. and Associates which has specialized in helping under privileged and poor families in the Sheridan/Englewood area. Mr. Pollock has been especially active in sponsoring the annual Easter Egg Hunt, candy and cloths give away and lunch; Daniels Thanksgiving dinner and the annual Christmas dinner and gift give away.

Mr. Pollock received his Bachelor of Science in Political Science and Psychology from Denver University in 1975 and his Juris Doctorate from the Denver University College of Law in 1978.

Mr. Pollock is a member of the Colorado Bar Association, the Denver Bar Association, Arapahoe County Bar Association, Colorado Trial Lawyers Association and the American Trial Lawyers Association. He has taught litigation to paralegals at the Arapahoe Community College. Mr. Pollock is admitted to practice in all Colorado Courts and agencies, U.S. District Court as well as the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals.

Since his admission to the Bar of the State of Colorado, Mr. Pollock fields of representation have included, Personal Injury, Medical Malpractice, Commercial Property, Business matters, Domestic matters as well as Automobile Accidents.

Mr. Pollock has been in business with his partner, Gary Bell, Jr. since 1984.
